About Wabash Valley Resources

Wabash Valley Resources is developing a $2.6 billion project in West Terre Haute, Indiana, to repurpose existing fossil fuel infrastructure into one of the country’s most advanced low-carbon ammonia fertilizer production facilities. The facility will produce 500,000 metric tons of American-made anhydrous ammonia annually, reducing American farmers’ reliance on foreign imports and strengthening U.S. food and national security. Since shortly after its 2016 founding, WVR has worked in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy, the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), leading national laboratories, and state geological surveys to advance the project. WVR will be Indiana’s first industrial-scale producer of anhydrous ammonia fertilizer.
