    Construction Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    WVR is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to assist the project management team with management, oversight, and coordination of all new construction related activities for the Wabash Project in West Terre Haute, IN.

    WORK LOCATION

    The Construction Manager will work onsite at the WVR plant office location in West Terre Haute, IN or at the Satellite offices located in Houston, TX.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 25 years of construction experience, the last ten years in a Construction Management position
    • Demonstrated success in building process plants such as ammonia, refinery, petrochemical, LNG, chemicals, etc. with values in excess of 2 Billion USD
    • Proven experience and knowledge of working in a union environment in the USA
    • Experience with module logistics and installation

      EHS Manager

      JOB DESCRIPTION

      The experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EH&S programs for the Wabash Project in West Terre Haute, IN. This role is influential in ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting environmental stewardship across a highly regulated industrial environment, including ammonia production and carbon capture and sequestration operations.

      WORK LOCATION

      The EHS Manager will be based at the project site West Terre Haute, Indiana. This position will require occasional travel to the Engineering Contractor’s office.

      DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering (preferred, but not required)
      • Minimum fifteen (15) years EH&S experience; the last five (5) years in a Manager position
      • Demonstrated success in developing and administering an EH&S program in process plants, such as hydrogen, syngas, ammonia, refinery, petrochemical, LNG, chemicals, etc.
      • Experience and knowledge of working in a union environment in the USA
      • Possess good general knowledge of PC software applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
      • Able to utilize electronic document management and maintenance management software
      • Completed development and implementation of EH&S program for large scale oil/gas or power project
      • Performed review of FEED level project documents to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards
      • Knowledgeable of fire protection, facility siting, and environmental regulations
      • Participated in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for a large project greater than 75 Million USD
      • Working knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) standards

        Staff Accountant

        JOB DESCRIPTION

        The experienced Staff Accountant will assist the Controller with financial activities for the Wabash Project in West Terre Haute, IN. This role is responsible for daily accounting tasks and month-end close, including account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and accounts payable. Also, assisting in preparation of year-end close processes, annual audits, budgets, and tax returns. The Staff Accountant reports to the Controller.

        • Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

        • Additional financial certifications are a plus.

          Process Engineer

          JOB DESCRIPTION

          The Process Engineer will support the development of the ammonia production, carbon capture and sequestration facility. This role will coordinate with the EPC FEED engineering contractor and review key process deliverables such as Equipment Specifications, P&IDs, Heat & Material Balances (H&MBs), and other engineering documents for the new facilities at Wabash. The Process Engineer will report to the Vice President of Engineering.

          WORK LOCATION

          The Process Engineer will be based at the project site West Terre Haute, Indiana. This position will require approximately 25% travel to the Engineering Contractor’s office during Detail Engineering.

          • Eight (8) years of project development, plant operations, or process engineering and design experience
          • Broad understanding of process and safety controls / systems
          • Experience working with EPC contractors specifying, developing, and reviewing engineering documents
          • Demonstrated success in building or operating process plants, such as hydrogen, syngas, ammonia, refinery, petrochemical, LNG, chemicals, etc.
          • Experience with Gasification, Carbon Intensity and Lifecycle Analysis (LCA) is valued
