POSITION TITLE: Senior Project Engineer

POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for project management and actively conducting the detail engineering and design
activities for electrical and I&C equipment and systems for the Wabash Valley Resources fertilizer production facility
under development in West Terre Haute, Indiana (the “Project”), including the ammonia and hydrogen production
components, balance of the plant projects and the retrofit / upgrading of the existing gasification plant. This role is
managerial as well as actively working on electrical and I&C equipment and systems projects during all phases of the
Project. To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to perform in a satisfactory manner the following
functions: develop, design, and evaluate the field instrumentation, process, and safety controls, fire & gas architecture
requirement and related engineering deliverables for the Project; with respect to electrical and I&C equipment and
systems procurement, prepare and review procurement specifications, tender requests for proposals or bids, and liaise
with the contractors, vendors, and OEMs; perform and review the sizing calculations for instrument and electrical
cables for electrical and I&C equipment and systems; support configuration & commissioning of Distributed Control
System (DCS), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Fire and Gas (F&G) systems;
prepare scope development and engineering design requirements for and conduct engineering reviews of the E-Houses
and Substation portions of the Project and liaise with the manufacturers and suppliers of associated equipment; design,
develop, optimize, configure, and monitor safety controls systems, including but not limited to the fire & gas sensor
system and perform or oversee hazardous area classifications for the Project; prepare the techno-commercial reports
for each of the major suppliers of electrical and I&C equipment and systems. Evaluate and assist in the selection of
the vendors for electrical and I&C equipment and systems; review the interdisciplinary engineering documents,
including the process engineering packages and working knowledge on interpretation of structural, piping; prepare
the testing procedures, coordinate the factory acceptance test (FAT) & site acceptance Test (SAT) and commissioning
and startup; conduct functional safety calculations / reviews; provide technical support to the project construction &
commissioning teams; and supervises contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and OEMs furnishing and installing I&C
and electrical systems equipment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or
related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). 8 years of
experience in instrumentation and control systems engineering, configuration and commissioning. 2 years of
experience working on fertilizer plant EPC execution projects. Certified functional safety expert (CFSE). Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification. Professional Engineer (PE) license in either electrical or control
system.

RATE OF PAY: Employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor

LOCATION OF EMPLOYMENT: West Terre Haute, Indiana

POSITIONS

Primary Function. Provide Human Resource and Administrative Support to the Terre Haute plant location, including administrative support to the Vice President Administration and Plant Management.

Interface with EPC FEED engineering contractor and review Equipment Specifications, P&ID, HMBs, etc for the new facilities to be installed at Wabash.

Provide on-shift monitoring, operations, maintenance, and security for the Wabash Valley Resources site

WVR is looking for an experienced Accountant/Controller, responsible for the management, oversight, and coordination of financial activities for the Wabash Project in West Terre Haute, IN. This role is responsible for maintaining WVR financial transactions, ensuring accuracy of entries, diligently monitoring financial compliance regulations as well as working closely with management and partners.

The experienced Staff Accountant will assist the Controller with financial activities for the Wabash Project in West Terre Haute, IN. This role is responsible for daily accounting tasks and month-end close, including account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and accounts payable. Also, assisting in preparation of year-end close processes, annual audits, budgets, and tax returns. The Staff Accountant reports to the Controller.
